DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

"Express" or "Quick Ship" items are normally delivered on 5 to 6 working day schedule.
"Standard" items are normally delivered on 10 to 15 working day schedule.
"Bespoke" items are normally delivered on 12 to 18 working day schedule.
If you have an urgent requirement please let us know - we may be able to bring dates forward.

DELIVERY DATES:

Delivery schedule dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control. 

DELIVERY COSTS:

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Most products are delivered "carriage free" for orders over £150 before VAT.
For order value below £150 before VAT there will be an additional £10 carriage charge.

SPECIAL DELIVERY:
If a special delivery is required we will quote at time of order.
Specials are: Time specific, Day Specific, 2 person delivery, Overnight or Next day.  

DELIVERY COST TO SCOTLAND, IRELAND or ISLANDS:
Due to increased carriage costs there may be an additional charge for delivering some products, this will be advised prior to processing your order. This mainly applies to the Scottish Highlands but please be assured we try to keep this to a minimum.

DELIVERY COST FOR HYAB VEHICLE:
Products such as "locker room converted shipping containers" require special delivery and placement with a HYAB vehicle. The cost for this will be quoted on application.

DELIVERY POINT:

Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchasers premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be quoted and charged extra.

RETURNS:

If the Buyer has placed the Order as a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014) The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to the Company except any direct cost incurred by the Company in relation to the Goods being returned and the Company will refund to the Buyer any part of the Price that the Company has received, provided the Goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Goods have not been specifically tailored to the Buyer's specifications, which includes items assembled to order, or personalised, or the Goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

If the Buyer has placed the Order as a Commercial or Business customer The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to the Company except any direct cost incurred by the Company in relation to the Goods being restocked, delivered and returned. (Typical restocking charge is 20%) and the Company will refund to the Buyer any balance of the Price that the Company has received, provided the Goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Goods have not been specifically tailored to the Buyer's specifications, which includes items assembled to order, or personalised, or the Goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

DAMAGED GOODS:

When goods are delivered they must be inspected and singed for. Goods will not be left without a signature. Please examine goods carefully. If the goods have been damaged during delivery this must be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the goods are damaged you can refuse to accept delivery. Please be aware by signing a carriers delivery note you are waiving the carriers liability for damage in transit. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
